Job Description / Responsibility

• A well reputed Group of Export Oriented Garments Industries are looking for above person for their corporate office.
• Capable to manage & maintain whole accounts of the organization independently in modern system.
• Review monthly accounts and ensure necessary reconciliations before the accounts are circulated to management.
• Develop and control all financial aspects including strategic planning, manage revenue and capital expenditure.
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts and periodical financial reports.
• Should be responsible keeping the record of VAT, taxes etc. and maintain it according to government rules & regulations.
• Execute core work plan, develop and control all financial aspects.
• Monitoring the overall activities of the accounts & Finance division.
• Capable to follow up bank accounts transaction and reconciliation timely, accurately & professionally.
• Responsible for corporate tax computation, advance tax payment, all procedure comply with from income tax return filing to final tax settlement.
• Other related duties as required by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements

Masters with CA Inter or Masters in Accounting/ Management with CACC.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Must have working experience in garments sector with Audit farm
• Must have knowledge and skill in working on MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer, E-mail Corresponding including accounting software tally.
• Deal with all secretarial matters as well as preparation of notice, agenda, minutes of all meetings and other regulatory works including RJSC
• Manage financial audit in timely
• Excellent in communication, presentation and report writing work.
• Excellent in communication skills in both Bengali and English.
• To be maintained strict confidentiality in performing duties, should be honest & trustworthy and should have sound work ethics.
